We offer a variety of classes for different age groups in the South London area. We hold separate classes for adults, children (6-12 year olds) and a special MiniMasters class for 3-6 year olds.
We run a number of successful after-school clubs in several primary schools. If you are interested in us running a club at your school please feel free to contact us. We run regular classes (during term time) for three age groups.
Juniors (6-12 year olds): Adults (13 years +): These are 90-minute high-energy workouts that develop the cardiovascular system, tone the muscles, increase flexibility and help reduce stress. You will learn effective combat skills including kicks, releases, groundwork, defending against weapons and dealing with multiple opponents. Our instructors are safety conscious professionals, who will trigger a positive change in your life with newfound confidence and vigour. |
